Where Does Wonder of the Seas Sail in 2026–27?
Wonder of the Seas is based in Miami year-round, sailing short Bahamas cruises that leave on Mondays (4 nights) and Fridays (3 nights).

Now to April 2027: 3- and 4-night round trips from Miami calling at Perfect Day at CocoCay and Nassau. Some 4-night sailings add a sea day; a few May 2027 dates call at Nassau only.

April 2027 to April 2028: the same Miami short-cruise pattern has been released through spring 2028.

In Nassau: guests can buy a day pass for Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, Royal Caribbean's first beach club, which opened at the end of 2025.
Where has she sailed before? Wonder debuted from Port Everglades in March 2022, spent summer 2022 in the Western Mediterranean from Barcelona and Rome, then sailed 7-night Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral until moving to Miami on 25 August 2025, when Star of the Seas took over her Port Canaveral schedule.

Are tips included on Wonder of the Seas?
No. Royal Caribbean adds an automatic daily gratuity to your onboard account:

$18.50 per person, per day – interior, ocean view, balcony and Junior Suites

$21 per person, per day – Grand Suites and above
It applies to every guest, children included. An 18% service charge is also added to drinks, specialty dining and minibar items. Prepaying before you sail locks in the current rate if it goes up.

Is a drinks package worth it on a 3 or 4-night cruise?
Royal Caribbean's packages are priced per person, per day, and everyone in the cabin over 21 must buy the alcoholic package if one adult does. On a 3-night sailing with a CocoCay day, maths matters: if you'll drink fewer than six or seven paid drinks a day, pay as you go. Prices vary by sailing, so check the Cruise Planner – they often drop in pre-cruise sales.
Is Wonder of the Seas Family Friendly or Adults Only?
Wonder of the Seas is very family friendly – it is not adults only. There's Adventure Ocean, the Wonder Playscape splash area, mini golf, an arcade and the Ultimate Family Suite. Adults wanting peace get the Solarium (adults-only, 16+) and quieter Central Park.
What Makes Wonder of the Seas Different?
The Suite Neighbourhood
Wonder was the first Oasis-class ship to give suite guests their own neighbourhood at the top of the ship, with a private sundeck, pool and bar, a suites-only lounge and Coastal Kitchen restaurant.
The Vue Bar
A cantilevered bar hanging over the side of the ship on the pool deck – one of the best sea views on board.
The Mason Jar
Wonder introduced The Mason Jar Southern Restaurant & Bar: Southern comfort food, whiskey cocktails and live country music.
Wonder Playscape
An underwater-themed open-air kids' play zone with slides, climbing and puzzles.
2025 short-cruise upgrades
Before moving to Miami, Wonder gained a bigger non-smoking casino, a new Crown & Anchor loyalty lounge on Deck 16 and an updated teen area.

Our tip: Boardwalk balconies near the aft get AquaTheater noise and music, while Central Park balconies are calm but have no sea view. On a 3-night cruise, an interior is the smart money – you'll barely be in the cabin.

CocoCay and Royal Beach Club Paradise Island: Your Two Big Days Off the Ship
Every Wonder of the Seas cruise is built around two Bahamas days.
Perfect Day at CocoCay – Royal Caribbean's private island. Chill Island beaches and food are included; Thrill Waterpark, the Hideaway Beach adults-only area, cabanas and the balloon cost extra. Get off early – the free beaches fill fast. Read our CocoCay guide.
Royal Beach Club Paradise Island – a day pass from Nassau with two beaches, temperature-controlled pools and bars, plus food and drinks included (there's an open-bar pass and a non-alcoholic pass). No longer. Wonder was the world's largest ship when she launched in 2022, but Icon of the Seas, Star of the Seas and Legend of the Seas are now bigger. At 236,857 gross tons she's still one of the largest ships at sea.
